Luxury Reservation Sales Consultant
Are you passionate about travel, luxury experiences, and helping others? If so, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career where every conversation makes an impact.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help shape their travel experience from the very beginning. In this role, you will connect with guests by phone and through inquiries in a genuine, unscripted way — listening carefully, responding with empathy, and personalizing each interaction to create a memorable experience.
Our goal is to deliver personalized luxury travel experiences that turn dreams into lasting memories and inspire guest loyalty through exceptional care.
What You'll be Doing:
• Engage with Guests: Answer inbound calls in English and French while assisting guests with room and suite reservations for Accor’s luxury brands around the world, including iconic properties such as Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, The Plaza, and more
• Create Memorable Experiences: Listen actively to understand each guest’s needs, recommend the ideal room or package, and confidently present premium options that enhance their stay
• Use Your Creativity: As an Accor Heartist® (Heart + Artist) , bring warmth, creativity, and authenticity to every interaction by tailoring recommendations and creating meaningful guest experiences
• Support Our Commitments: Represent Accor’s values in every conversation by supporting responsible, ethical, and sustainable hospitality practices
What's In It for You:
• $21.35 per hour, including a $1.50 per hour premium for French language skill
• An additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for hours worked after midnight
• $300 annual wellness subsidy to support your well-being
• 4 weeks of paid vacation, 13 paid statutory holidays, and fully paid training

• A predictable schedule with 2 consecutive days off and periodic weekends off
• Remote work flexibility after successfully completing 4.5 weeks of fully paid onsite training in Moncton

What You Need to Be Successful:
• Professional-level fluency in both English and French, as you will be handling calls in both languages
• Strong communication skills and the professionalism needed to deliver a luxury guest experience
• Confidence to make decisions, take initiative, and contribute to team success
• Experience and/or education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, or a Contact Centre environment, along with a genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems while providing efficient, personalized service
Availability, Location, and Internet:
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada
• This is a full-time, permanent career opportunity. We are not hiring for part-time roles or temporary summer student positions
• Must be available to work 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, with periodic weekends off
• This is a remote work-from-home role
• You must live and work in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Ontario or Québec
• Must be able to attend 4.5 weeks of onsite initial training in Moncton. Travel and accommodation are provided for qualified candidates
• Must have a suitable home workspace and high-speed wired internet connection (wireless and satellite connections are not permitted)
