What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Representative, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Support Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone appointments

  • Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

  • Review existing policies and explain available solutions

  • Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates

  • Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Professional Development

  • Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

  • Attend leadership development workshops

  • Collaborate with a supportive remote team

  • Continue developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills

  • Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
