  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring performance

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and regional team events

  • Help maintain and update HR policies to align with both company standards and local legal requirements

  • Collaborate with external vendors, recruitment partners, benefits providers, and legal advisors when needed

  • Work closely with the global HR team to implement company-wide initiatives across the APAC region

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for reporting and HR analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Fluency in an additional APAC language

  • Experience supporting regional or international HR operations
