Start Date: 01-Oct-2026
End Date: 31-Dec-2026

i. Project Overview

The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is undertaking a multi-year modernization initiative to replace legacy applications with a cloud-based Salesforce platform supporting driver licensing, vehicle registration, titling, compliance, financial services, and other core DMV business functions. This modernization effort is transforming business processes and improving the delivery of services to Nevada constituents through modern digital solutions.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst III will support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Salesforce platform by ensuring the quality of software releases through comprehensive manual and automated testing. Working within an Agile Scrum environment, the QA Analyst will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Salesforce Administrators, Vendors, and business stakeholders to validate business requirements, execute testing activities, identify defects, and support successful software deployments.

The primary responsibility of this position is manual software quality assurance testing. Approximately 75% of the work effort will consist of planning, developing, executing, and documenting manual testing activities. The remaining 25% will support the development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). Actual percentages may vary based on project priorities and release schedules.

  • Assist with production validation activities following software deployments.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Vendors, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
