Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with all departments to identify and coordinate the delivery of training needs
  • Function as an LMS administrator:
    • Facilitate LMS onboarding of regulated new hires
    • Maintain user credentials in LMS
    • Addition of courses in LMS and documents in DMS
    • Maintenance of training documentation for external training
    • Completion of Helpdesk tickets
  • Function as a Project Specific Training LMS administrator:
    • Create PST groups in the eTMF
    • Create PST courses in the LMS and configure PST LMS departments
    • Connect users to the applicable PST department in the LMS
    • Ensure the transfer of Certificates of Completion from the LMS to the eTMF
    • Provide user support for PST Helpdesk tickets
  • Serve as a resource for Training and Development Associate
  • Coordinate the CTI University Lecture Series
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  • Manage and maintain CTI University SharePoint site by coordinating with HR and other Training and Development department associates
  • Assist in conducting organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Communicate regularly with Director-level personnel to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures are being followed and serve as a resource in this area
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and other functional areas to revise Training SOPs as necessary
  • Conduct follow-up for all completed trainings to evaluate and measure results

  • Understanding of the training needs of the company
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
