Conference Audience Development Associates are responsible for developing long-term business relationships with companies that benefit from the networking and marketing opportunities offered by Opal Group’s events. The primary objective is to secure the attendance of qualified investors and key decision-makers at our conferences. These events provide an educational forum where industry peers and experts come together to explore current trends, share insights, and learn best practices for investing.

Position Level: Entry-Level
Job Type: FT International Consultant
Compensation: $1200 USD per month
Location: Remote

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients leveraging multiple channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms, to drive engagement and attendance.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure opportunities for events while supporting efforts to attract a qualified audience.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and updates in the CRM database.
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve customer service issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a client-focused mindset throughout all stages of the registration process.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, optimize client engagement efforts, and drive collective results.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates, exchange feedback, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • College degree is preferred.
  • Advanced English skills in speaking and writing are required
  • Professional and engaging communication skills, with the confidence and ability to effectively pitch C-Level Executives and high-level decision makers.
  • Competitive personality, a drive to exceed expectations, and outperform peers.
  • Ability to rapidly develop competent knowledge on diverse topics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
