We are looking for a Business Development Associate to open doors across Oil & Gas: operators, EPC firms, drilling and oilfield services, sub sea and marine, and the contractors that serve them. Your mandate is clear: put us in the room with the people who decide. Fresh graduates with sharp communication skills and genuine hunger for consultative sales are encouraged

The Role
You will identify and engage energy companies and their supply chain across the GCC. You will build relationships with the people who own hiring decisions and convert those relationships into qualified meetings for our Business Development
leadership. Meeting generation and relationship building are the success metrics. Everything else supports them.
What You Will Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients across the oil and gas value chain, from operators to EPC and services
- Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns and market research
- Build relationships with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Project Directors,Operations Managers, Procurement Heads and
Country Managers
- Schedule and prepare meetings for the Business Development leadership team
- Build and maintain a healthy, honest pipeline in our CRM
- Understand each client's hiring challenge before positioning our recruitment and HR advisory
solutions
- Track project awards, rig activity, EPC contracts and energy programs and turn market intelligence into opportunity
- Represent Black & Grey HR in energy industry events and exhibitions with the presence the brand demands
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates welcome. Attitude and communication matter more than tenure
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural relationship builder with the confidence to engage senior professionals
- Strong commercial awareness and genuine curiosity about the energy industry
