Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Ensuring accuracy: Data entry clerks must enter data accurately, without errors or inconsistencies. This requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all data is entered correctly.
Identifying errors: In addition to ensuring accuracy when entering data, data entry clerks must also be able to identify errors or inconsistencies in the data they are entering. This requires a keen eye for detail and an ability to recognize patterns or anomalies that may indicate a problem.
Organizing data: Data entry clerks must also be able to organize data logically and consistently. This may involve categorizing data, ensuring that it is properly formatted, and making sure that it is stored in the correct location within a database or system.
Completing tasks efficiently: Attention to detail can also help data entry clerks complete tasks efficiently, as they can quickly identify and correct errors without wasting time on unnecessary or redundant tasks.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed to meet company objectives.
What we are looking for…
Previous experience in data entry.
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
High comfort level with technology, particularly Google tools, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and attention to detail.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
A natural ability to demonstrate empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Additional Physical Job Requirements
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
