What you will do

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing responsive, professional support by phone and email.
  • Coordinate and schedule field engineers, ensuring all required information is gathered for successful onsite visits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer support tickets, records, and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage customer requests from intake through resolution, providing timely follow-up and clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and detailed CRM updates.
  • Support internal teams by gathering information, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative coordination.
  • Create and distribute professional correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling, tracking, and departmental documentation, including time and expense records.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and initiatives to confidently support customers and internal stakeholders.


Who you are

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with confidence navigating new situations and learning on the job.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using CRM or customer management systems(desired)
  • A combination of education, training, and relevant experience that demonstrates success in customer service, operations, or administrative support.

Pay and Benefits 

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely.   

Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $20 -$22 hourly, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)

  • 1- hour interview with Hiring Manager and team member(virtual)
  • 30 minute interview with the Sr. Director, Operations
  • References: 3 professional references with at least one being someone who directly managed you 
  • You are welcome to request additional conversations with team members you didn’t get to meet during the process
