📌 Position: Data Engineer

Location: Remote from LATAM

Contract Details: This is a 100% remote contractor position open to talent anywhere in LATAM. Your contract and engagement will be directly managed with In All Media.

🚀 Project Overview

You will be embedded within the Data Engineering organization of a leading global technology client, building and scaling the core data infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers their revenue engine.

In this role, your primary objective will be to unify advertiser identity resolution, automate lead routing, manage campaign segmentation, and support internal Sales tooling across an integrated ecosystem spanning Salesforce, Snowflake, and GCP. You will work in an Agile environment alongside Data Engineers and Product Managers to deliver high-impact technical requirements.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Data Pipeline Engineering: Build, optimize, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines across Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, and GCP.
  • GTM Data Modeling: Model and maintain core Go-To-Market (GTM) data assets, including parent company relationships, advertiser identity resolution, lead enrichment, and revenue analytics data.
  • Query Optimization & Analytics: Write, tune, and optimize complex SQL queries and custom domain query languages to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence use cases.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Oversee data quality validation, schema management, and ongoing maintenance across enterprise GTM data marts.
  • Agile Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and PMs to deliver technical requirements assigned under GTM JIRA projects.

💡 Must-Have Skills

  • Core Database & SQL: Strong proficiency in SQL and extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Data Transformation & Scripting: Advanced Python scripting skills for data processing and transformation.
  • Pipeline Orchestration: Practical experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like dbt, Apache Airflow, or equivalent orchestrators.
  • Cloud Data Platforms: Direct experience working within cloud data environments on GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid familiarity with CRM data architecture (e.g., leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities).

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Salesforce Ecosystem: Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, standard Salesforce data models, and writing SOQL queries.
  • Data Enrichment Platforms: Exposure to third-party data enrichment tools and platforms, such as ZoomInfo or D&B (Dun & Bradstreet).
  • Revenue Analytics: Prior experience working with GTM or revenue analytics domain data.

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration

This role requires availability during US Central Time (CT / CDT / CST) core business hours to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams, at least 6 hours overlap. There is a geographic preference for candidates based in LATAM.
