SAP Business Process Designer

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join the SAP team at an Aerospace and Defense company that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, and telecommunications equipment worldwide. You will drive the design, configuration, and implementation of robust end-to-end intercompany solutions within SAP, collaborating across core value streams like Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and adjudicate them as FIT/GAP.
• Support designing end-to-end intercompany solutions within SAP collaborating with other value streams like Sales, Procurement and Manufacturing.
• Leverage experience with SAP integration across modules like MM, SD, and PP.
• Configuring and customizing SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, etc.) for intercompany processes.
• Facilitating workshops to distinguish between requirements that can be met with standard out-of-the-box solutions, and those that require enhancements.
• Developing functional specifications for custom development, testing, and validating intercompany solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• SAP Intercompany – 5+ years
• ICMR (Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation) – 5+ years
• Active SAP FICO Certification

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Aerospace & Defense and Manufacturing industry experience
• WBS Integration knowledge
• SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and Cross Value Stream sub-ledger-based intercompany processes
• SAP integration experience with MM, SD, and PP modules

The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing or aerospace & defense domain knowledge, excellent workshop facilitation skills, and a proven track record of cross-functional enterprise solution delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and conduct FIT/GAP analysis for intercompany operations.
• Design end-to-end intercompany solutions within SAP, coordinating closely with Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing value streams.
• Configure and customize SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM) for complex intercompany processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, drive key design decisions, and distinguish between standard out-of-the-box and custom solutions.
• Develop functional specifications and validate intercompany solutions through rigorous testing.
