Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect / Technical Application Lead to join our Solution Architecture & Planning team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, differentiated technology solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert, leading technical discussions, establishing solution directions, and evaluating emerging technologies to drive business objectives.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable, innovative technology solutions aligning with client business goals.
  • Translate client requirements into structured architectural solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead technical discussions and workshops to align stakeholders and define overall solution strategy.
  • Manage and mentor technical team members, fostering collaboration and elevating delivery quality.
  • Evaluate emerging industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
  • Support the development of technical proposals and presentations communicating solution value propositions.
