About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist (approximately 12-month temp position) to join our team in a remote capacity as a Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will drive innovative, data-driven recruitment marketing initiatives that elevate Parexel's employer brand and enhance talent acquisition efforts across global markets. This position plays a key role in optimizing the candidate journey, building a robust pipeline of high-quality talent, and reducing time-to-hire. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge digital platforms and analytics, and contribute to recruitment strategy from planning through execution. Responsibilities include designing multi-channel recruitment campaigns, creating compelling employer brand content, analyzing recruitment data, and managing vendor relationships, with opportunities to deepen your expertise and influence talent acquisition outcomes.

You'll join a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment focused on making a meaningful impact through strategic talent acquisition and employer brand enhancement. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns that leverage cutting-edge talent acquisition technology and digital platforms to attract high-quality candidates
  • Create and curate compelling content for all recruitment platforms and channels that strengthens Parexel's position in the competitive talent market
  • Analyze ATS and recruitment data to inform strategic planning, create insightful reports on recruitment progress, and refine job postings for clarity and SEO optimization
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align recruitment efforts, address sourcing challenges, and develop creative solutions that ensure cohesive, company-wide talent attraction
  • Plan and execute participation at strategic hiring and industry events to expand Parexel's talent network and enhance direct candidate engagement

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, professional, and progressive environment
  • Experience with databases, resume/candidate tracking systems, and job boards
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft-based applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with photo editing software and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exposure to a recruitment or HR group

The potential base pay range for this role is $45.00 - $48.00 per hour. The actual salary offered may vary within this range based on several factors, including the position and level offered, skills, education, training, experience, professional achievements, and location.
