Job description

Bilingual Scheduler (English/Spanish) - Remote | Full-Time

The IMA Group is hiring Bilingual Schedulers to support upcoming training classes. If you are highly organized, comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls, and fluent in both English and Spanish, this may be a great opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team.

In this role, you will coordinate medical and psychological examination appointments while providing professional, timely support to clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate scheduling records, and help ensure appointments are completed efficiently.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and coordinate medical and psychological examination appointments
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in both English and Spanish
  • Communicate with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal team members
  • Enter and maintain accurate scheduling information
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Provide professional, timely customer service while following established procedures

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of clerical, administrative, customer service, or telephone experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Previous scheduling or healthcare experience is a plus
