We are looking for a highly talented Senior Media Buyer to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns for a tech client in-region. 

The Senior Media Buyer is responsible for executing and optimizing highly-effective media campaigns for the APAC region as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and/or elevate processes. This is a role where you will partner closely with our clients in helping them develop targets and reach their goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the setup and launch of all digital marketing campaigns across various media channels and devices on desktop, mobile and tablet
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams from Operations, Analytics, Eng teams to ensure campaigns are trafficked/executed/delivered efficiently
  • Track and monitor campaign delivery from brief, execution and post-launch in a timely manner 
  • Provide weekly campaign performance analysis for recently launched as well as end-of-campaign reports for ended campaigns and support on quarterly business reviews 
  • Translate past learnings and audience insights into actionable next steps that drive business impact with Product Marketing Managers and interdisciplinary teams 
  • Manage campaign KPIs and deliverables, proactively communicating updates internally and across teams, flagging risks with mitigation plan as required 
  • Work with Account Director to ​​look for opportunities on process improvements or automation where needed to increase efficiencies to drive higher business impact

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of digital media experience in a media agency or in-house role
  • Hands-on experience in campaign / ad operations (e.g. paid trueview video ads, GDN, paid social, email platform) and understanding of performance metrics (e.g. CTR, CVR) required
  • Execute timely in a fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills 
  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environments and business needs
  • Sense of humor and strong team orientation; comfortable working with cross-border global / regional teams 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
  • Possess high attention to detail and eager to learn
  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e. Macros, Query) a plus
