About CodeRoad

CodeRoad provides end-to-end software development services, helping businesses scale with ideal infrastructure solutions. From staff augmentation to dedicated IT teams and general software engineering, our nearshore technology services empower businesses to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic HubSpot Administrator to own the configuration, data integrity, and reporting layer of our GTM engine. In this role, you will act as the functional backbone of our revenue ops infrastructure, turning raw commercial inputs into a clean, automated, and trusted single source of truth. You will work directly with our Head of Go-to-Market to translate high-level business goals into scalable CRM structures, custom workflows, and robust data models.

This role is critical to building our commercial infrastructure from the ground up, directly impacting how CodeRoad captures demand, attributes revenue, and forecasts growth. Because we deliver high-consideration nearshore engineering and AI services, your work will focus on long-cycle pipeline quality, deep account segmentation, and partner attribution. If you thrive on taking ownership of a CRM ecosystem and architecting systems leadership truly relies on, this is your canvas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Configure Sales Hub and Marketing Hub environments, including deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects, advanced workflows, sequences, and granular field validation.
  • Own Data Hygiene & Governance across all contacts, companies, and deals by executing clean list imports, deduplication, enrichment pipelines, and compliance management.
  • Design & Deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting cadences that track pipeline coverage, stage velocity, multi-channel attribution, and quarterly board rollups.
  • Manage Stack Integrations across the revenue tech stack (Google Workspace, Slack, enrichment platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and e-signature tools), troubleshooting sync conflicts and mapping logic.
  • Enable & Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), data dictionaries, and system architecture to train internal teams and serve as the primary GTM system administrator.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration, including at least one full implementation or major ecosystem reconfiguration.
  • Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency with Sales Hub and Marketing Hub (Professional/Enterprise), custom objects, automation logic, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data reconciliation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Proven track record building complex, custom HubSpot dashboards and data models without relying on stock templates.
  • Soft Skills: Strong ownership mindset, self-directed async execution, and the ability to translate ambiguous leadership questions into technical CRM deliverables.
  • Language: Advanced English fluency (written and verbal) for active collaboration with U.S. stakeholders.
  • Logistics: Ability to work as an independent contractor (15–20 hours/week to start) with a minimum of 4 hours daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.

Nice to Have

  • Active HubSpot Certifications (e.g., HubSpot Admin, RevOps, or Marketing Hub Implementation).
  • Prior experience administering CRMs within a B2B professional services, consulting, or tech agency environment.
  • Exposure to Operations Hub (custom-coded workflows, programmable automation) or working knowledge of the HubSpot API/webhooks.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution modeling and channel/partner pipeline tracking.

What You’ll Love

  • 100% Remote work environment.
  • Holidays off and Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Health insurance assistance.
  • Competitive USD compensation.
  • Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling tech and AI services firm.
