About Our Family

We're a warm, active family of four busy with work, travel, raising two school-aged kids, and caring for a sweet older dog. Our home is lively and full of energy. We genuinely love our space and want it to feel calm and organized, even when life is full. We’ve come to realize we need help to get there.

Both parents work from home, and while we value the flexibility this offers, it has become clear that with school and activity pick ups, dinner to prepare, and errands to run, our afternoons can quickly get overwhelming. We've reached a point where we need consistent, thoughtful support to help bring more ease and order to our days.

Afternoon and early evening help is essential, but we’d also be open to a split schedule where someone helps out in the mornings and then comes back later in the day. We want things to feel organized and efficient around the house, for our kids to be entertained and engaged, and for us to get some intentionality back in our days. We value flexibility, creativity, and collaboration, so are looking forward to working together to figure out the best way to achieve these goals.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You’re warm but professional, and naturally drawn to helping people. You love children and are very experienced in caring for them. You feel energized by completing an organizational project but are also comfortable stepping in to help with the small things that pile up for a family: running the kids somewhere, meal prep, laundry - whatever the day brings.

You're the kind of person who starts the dishwasher before anyone mentions it, notices a household staple is running low and adds it to the list, and can pivot from snack prep to homework support without missing a beat. You're organized, proactive, and quietly capable. You take pride in your work, show up on time, and genuinely enjoy the rhythm of a busy household. You don't need a lot of direction, but you communicate well and always keep others in the loop.

We’re looking for someone who treats this like a real career, brings a steady and professional presence, and notices the little things. The right person will walk in, read the room, and feel comfortable tackling whatever needs to happen.
