About Our Family

We are a busy, active family of five with three school-aged kids and a lovable, active dog. Our household runs at full speed. Between sports, activities, school logistics, and two working parents, there is always something in motion. Both parents work from home offices and are deeply invested in their professional work, which means the household needs someone who can take the reins without being directed at every turn.

We live on the water in Jacksonville and love our home. It is where we host holidays, gather as a family, and recharge on the weekends (when we actually get to). Right now, weekends are consumed by prepping for the week ahead, and we are ready for that to change.

We want to come home to a household that feels calm, organized, and ahead of schedule. We are looking for someone who becomes a true extension of our family's operations: someone who takes pride in the details, runs independently, and genuinely enjoys being part of a warm, active home.

Who You Are

You are the kind of person who walks into a home and immediately sees what needs to happen, then makes it happen without being asked twice. You are highly organized, proactive, and systems-minded, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and stay five steps ahead. You thrive working independently, take initiative on projects, and look for ways to streamline and improve how things run.

You are warm and comfortable around children without being the center of attention, and you understand that your presence supports the family without disrupting the flow of the household. You are a confident, capable problem-solver who communicates clearly and adapts easily to a fast-moving home. You love taking ownership of your domain and take pride in leaving things better than you found them.
