Our client, a large healthcare corporation, is seeking a Remote Healthcare Implementation Project Manager to join their team.
Location: REMOTE in US
Pay Rate: $39.00 to $41.00 per hour depending on experience
Employment Type: 6 month contract role with potential for extension or conversion!
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Implementation Project Manager to lead client implementations from project kickoff through post-go-live stabilization. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and driving successful deployments that support long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation planning, execution, and delivery for assigned client projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and contractual commitments are achieved.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, implementation schedules, readiness assessments, and go-live activities.
- Identify, document, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, technical, training, and client success teams, to ensure client requirements are met.
- Coordinate configuration, data integration, training, operational readiness, and service delivery activities.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain project documentation, decision logs, action items, and implementation artifacts in accordance with organizational standards.
- Support post-implementation stabilization activities to ensure a successful transition to ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of project management or implementation experience in Healthcare, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- PMP certification is a plus.
