The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure the smooth dispatch and delivery of goods.

Key duties include:

• Tracking shipments and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries

• Preparing and maintaining shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans

• Updating shipment status in Excel and maintaining accurate logistics records

• Following up with transport partners regarding delayed or pending shipments

• Coordinating with production and warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch

• Monitoring inventory movement and reporting discrepancies to the concerned team

• Handling basic communication with producers and transporters regarding shipment updates

• Ensuring all logistics activities comply with company policies and documentation requirements

• Escalating shipment delays, damages, or operational issues to the reporting manager

• Preparing daily and weekly logistics reports

• Supporting import/export documentation whenever required
