The Senior Analyst, Logistics Transportation will act as a primary transport analyst who will be responsible for the timely and cost-efficient execution of inventory deployments (FG, Semi FG, and RMPM) from pre-defined lanes (Vendors or SCJ Manufacturing Facilities heading towards SCJ DCs) within the scope of International Logistics. You are expected to deliver excellence in customer service - at The Right Time, Right Place, Right Quantity, Right Quality, at the least possible cost.  The scope of the role includes oversight on all modes of transportation (Ocean, Land, Air, Inter-Modal) of RMPM, Semi FG, Finished Goods within the Supply Chain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage import and export shipment planning, bookings, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor shipment milestones, coordinate warehouse pickups and deliveries, and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and delivery plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, safety standards, dangerous goods handling, and import/export requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management, shipment traceability, and transportation network performance in partnership with warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain teams, customer supply chain, and logistics partners to optimize service, cost, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and drive operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, container utilization, GSA utilization, SRD, and case fill rates.
  • Implement cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN/OPEX methodologies while managing inflation and transportation costs.
  • Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, manage contract volume utilization, and proactively resolve shipment issues to minimize business disruption.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, International Business Management, or any related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics, Export- Import, Freight Forwarder (Logistics in manufacturing is preferred)
  • Have experience in PH Customs Regulation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to handle multiple task s& project simultaneously
  • Experience in SAP, excellent in Microsoft Office Suits
  • Fluent in English& excellent in communication skills

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time, direct employment

  • Onsite work setup; once a week work-from-home after 3 months

  • Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mondays to Fridays)

  • Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
