About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Production Designer to support the creation, adaptation, and delivery of personalised engraving artwork and digital marketing assets across multiple channels and markets.

This role sits at the intersection of design, production, and operations, ensuring artwork is technically accurate, production-ready, and delivered to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in supporting personalised B2B product engraving initiatives, digital content creation,ecommerce assets, and asset management processes.

What You'll Do

Engraving Artwork & Production Support

  • Prepare and manage production-ready artwork files for personalised engraving projects.
  • Create and edit accurate vector artwork for a wide variety of products and applications.
  • Ensure engraving artwork meets all technical and production specifications, including:
    • Scale and proportions
    • Artwork placement
    • Line quality and clarity
    • Creation of accurate vector files and production-ready assets
    • File format requirements
  • Conduct thorough quality checks before files are released for production.
  • Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and output accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot artwork issues and propose solutions to maintain production timelines.

Digital Asset Creation & Adaptation

  • Adapt and optimise creative assets for a variety of digital channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Support the production of:
    • Ecommerce imagery
    • Website assets
    • Amazon and marketplace content
    • Retailer platform assets
    • Digital marketing campaign materials
  • Ensure consistency across all digital outputs while maintaining brand standards.
  • Prepare assets according to channel-specific specifications and technical requirements.

Asset Management & Creative Operations

  • Support photoshoots through asset preparation, organisation, and production coordination.
  • Maintain and organise digital asset libraries and creative archives.
  • Manage file naming conventions, folder structures, and asset governance processes.
  • Ensure version control is maintained across multiple projects and markets.
  • Support creative workflow administration and documentation requirements.

Quality Assurance & Artwork Governance

  • Review artwork for technical accuracy and production readiness.
  • Identify potential production risks before assets are released.
  • Maintain consistently high quality standards across all outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of artwork management and production workflows.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in artwork production, graphic design, production design, or a similar
  • role.
  • Understanding of engraving, print, manufacturing, or product customisation processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong experience creating and editing vector artwork.
  • Excellent understanding of artwork setup and file preparation.
  • Experience working within structured production workflows and quality control processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and file management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to deadlines.
  • Portfolio required - candidates must be able to demonstrate their design capabilities and technical skill level through a portfolio of relevant work.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with ecommerce content creation and digital asset production.
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Experience supporting photography, content production, or creative operations teams.
  • Understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
  • Experience using workflow management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
