About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented POSM Graphic Designer to create engaging retail and trade marketing materials that bring our brands to life in-store across EMEA markets. As part of our Creative Marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality Point of Sale Materials (POSM), retail displays, and print assets that enhance product visibility, support commercial initiatives, and strengthen the customer experience at the point of purchase. What You'll Do

Design & Creative Execution

  • Design, adapt, and produce a wide range of retail and trade marketing materials across multiple brands and markets.
  • Create engaging and effective POSM assets, including:
  • Retail displays
    • FSDUs (Free Standing Display Units)
    • CDUs (Counter Display Units)
    • Shelf wobblers
    • Strut cards
    • Posters
    • Promotional signage
    • Trade marketing and retail activation materials
  • Translate brand and campaign objectives into visually impactful in-store experiences.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand guidelines while meeting local market requirements.
  • Support creative adaptation and localisation for EMEA markets.

Artwork Production & Print Management

  • Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for a variety of print and retail formats.
  • Develop and manage artwork files using industry best practices for print production.
  • Ensure all files are correctly prepared with:
    • Dielines
    • Bleeds
    • Colour profiles
    • Resolution requirements
    • Technical specifications
    • Supplier guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with printers, manufacturers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth production and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot artwork and production issues and provide solutions that minimise delays and production risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to deliver projects aligned to business objectives.
  • Interpret creative briefs and stakeholder requirements, translating them into effective design solutions.
  • Work closely with creative colleagues and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.

Quality, Compliance & Asset Management

  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all retail executions and POSM assets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential production risks before artwork is released for manufacture.
  • Maintain organised artwork libraries, templates, version control, and digital asset management systems.
  • Support best practices in artwork governance, file management, and production processes.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience designing POSM, retail marketing materials, and large-format print assets.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and artwork preparation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience working with printers, fabricators, and external production partners.
  • Strong knowledge of artwork specifications, colour management, and print-ready file preparation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to confidently manage stakeholder feedback and work within established brand guidelines.
  • Portfolio required - candidates must be able to demonstrate their design capabilities through a portfolio of relevant work.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within FMCG, retail, beauty, wellness, consumer goods, or trade marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with retail activation, merchandising, and shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Experience supporting multiple international markets, particularly across EMEA.
  • Understanding of packaging, display production, and retail execution processes.
  • Experience using workflow management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
