What you’ll do

  • Creating compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate the brand's identity and message across various platforms. 

  • Contributing to the overall user experience by ensuring that all visual elements are cohesive, engaging, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Translating business and user domain knowledge into fresh and user-centric visual concepts that enhance Trading 212's competitive advantage and user satisfaction.

  • Presenting and justifying creative decisions in regular peer review sessions. You’ll be collaborating closely with our Growth team and fellow designers.

  • Communicating creative decisions and rationale to stakeholders. Evaluating collected feedback and promptly implementing necessary adjustments.

  • Integrating new tools and workflows into the design process.

  • Be autonomous and have full ownership of your work

 

What you'll need 

  • Visual design expertise. Strong grasp of layout, typography, colour theory, and illustration, as well as the ability to create visually striking and engaging designs that effectively communicate brand messages.

  • Creative conceptualisation. Experience in brainstorming and developing innovative and original creative concepts that align with the company's objectives and target audience while still pushing the boundaries of traditional design approaches.

  • Storytelling. The ability to craft visual narratives that convey complex information or emotions through engaging visual storytelling techniques, such as infographics, animations, and interactive experiences.

  • Branding. Excellent understanding of branding and the ability to create cohesive visual solutions across various platforms, including web, mobile, and print.

  • Versatility and adaptabivily.  Ability to adapt your design style and approach to different projects, media, and audiences, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.
