You’ll be the force behind designs that make Solidgate stand out and bring in new clients. From marketing campaigns to sales decks, social media to events, your work will be fast, bold, and results-driven.This is a role with zero limits — experiment with tools, try new formats, push ideas, use AI, and see your designs live in campaigns, emails, and sales materials from day one.

Experiment and expand — dive into motion design, video editing, 3D graphics, generative AI, and play with brand guidelines.
Shape the brand — help define how we communicate, position Solidgate, and set visual principles across marketing and sales.
— Illustrations and content graphics — visuals for our blog, documentation, and other educational materials
— Email design — templates for release notes, product updates, notifications, and marketing emails
— Social media visuals — content for LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms
— Sales team support — presentations, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials
— Events and brand presence — visuals for conferences and exhibitions (stands, banners, merch, brand zones)
— 2+ years of experience in a similar role
— Solid skills in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
— Understanding of branding fundamentals
— Strong grasp of typography, composition, and layout
— Initiative and ability to make decisions independently
— English proficiency at B1 level or higher
— Proactivity and a results-driven mindset
— Experience with print production preparation
— Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
—3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)
—Good time management and ability to clearly define the scope of work
