Overview: 
The HRTS System Analyst I is a key member of the HR Technology Services team, dedicated to delivering exceptional internal customer support within the HR space. This role focuses on providing seamless support for our HR systems (Workday / Mosaic), and collaborating closely with internal partners to ensure smooth troubleshooting and efficient resolution of system issues. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide end-user troubleshooting and support for HR Systems (Workday/Oracle) through a tiered ticketing system, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues. 

  • Develop and implement effective technical solutions to resolve business challenges, delivering tangible value to internal stakeholders across HR Technology Services functions  

  • Assist with data conversion activities, including mass data loads (EIBs or HSDL). 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal support and successful project outcomes. 

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to propose tailored solutions that meet business needs. 

  • Conduct in-depth research on system issues and provide recommendations for improvements or resolutions. 

  • Take ownership of assigned audits, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of findings. 

  • Propose and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support future scalability. 

  • Document business processes, work instructions, and other technical resources, ensuring accuracy and clarity. 

  • Review and update existing work instructions to reflect system changes and best practices.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in a clear, professional manner. 

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to effectively prioritize tasks such as ticket resolution, audits, and projects. 

  • Acute attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are executed accurately and thoroughly. 

  • Demonstrates accountability, takes ownership of mistakes, and is open to feedback for continuous improvement. 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including team members, cross-functional partners, and business leaders. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing creative and efficient solutions. 

  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience:  

  • Previous experience with HR Systems troubleshooting and support is preferred.  

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or similar roles. 

  • Experience with data conversion, mass data loads, or EIB integrations is a plus. 

  • Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Technical Skills:  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
