  • Evaluate and implement modern learning solutions, including adaptive learning platforms, AI-enabled knowledge centers, digital learning tools, and self-service education resources.

  • Partner with executive leadership, clinical informatics, operational leaders, IT, and project management teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and workflow changes.

  • Design role-based training curricula for physicians, nurses, ancillary departments, revenue cycle, and administrative staff.

  • Oversee curriculum development, eLearning content, classroom instruction, virtual training, simulations, practice environments, and training documentation.

  • Lead the Principal Trainer team and coordinate Credentialed Trainers, Super Users, and departmental training leads.

  • Develop training governance, communication plans, competency validation processes, and readiness metrics.

  • Monitor learner adoption through dashboards, assessments, completion tracking, and performance analytics.

  • Coordinate dress rehearsals, integrated workflow simulations, and go-live readiness activities.

  • Develop post-go-live optimization, refresher training, and continuous education strategies.

  • Collaborate with change management teams to support user adoption and organizational readiness.

  • Identify training risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide executive-level status reporting throughout the deployment.
