Full Stack Developer with LLM Experience

This is a remote position.

Build a proof of concept planning tool for our customer from scratch, combining a rule based matching engine, an operations dashboard and an AI assistant on top of it.

About the job

• Design the data model and architecture for courses, instructors, skills, certificates, locations and equipment.
  
• Develop a rule based matching engine that checks feasibility across skills, certificate validity, availability, location and equipment.
  
• Build a planning dashboard with course calendar, resource view, utilization overview and certificate alerts.
  
• Integrate an LLM assistant via tool calling that translates natural language requests into deterministic queries.
  
• Set up the development and deployment environment
