Job description
Join a well-established Swiss IT solutions provider and help build their internal data and reporting capabilities from the ground up. As a Power BI Consultant / Business Analyst, you'll support the person responsible for the company's ERP system in setting up structured reporting, and act as a sparring partner who brings both technical and business perspective to the table. You'll work in a lean environment where your input can shape how the company measures and improves its performance.
Your Responsibilities
Support the internal ERP lead in building out reporting structures and processes from scratch
Design and develop Power BI dashboards covering topics such as sales pipeline performance and productivity
Analyze support ticket data (Jira) to evaluate response times, broken down across three organizational levels (C-level, team/project leads, employees)
Advise on best practices for reporting and data governance
Act as a strategic sparring partner, translating data into concrete business recommendations, not just technical output
Support the design of internal surveys or data collection tools where needed
Your Profile
Solid, hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
Strong business/economic understanding; able to think beyond pure technical delivery and help move the company forward
Experience setting up reporting processes or working with ERP data is a plus
Experience in survey design is a plus
Good German skills are preferred, as German is the company's working language, but not a dealbreaker
Comfortable working mostly remote, with on-site presence in Baar, ZG roughly every one to two weeks
Structured and self-driven, able to work independently, as internal resources for this topic are currently limited
