Job description

Join a well-established Swiss IT solutions provider and help build their internal data and reporting capabilities from the ground up. As a Power BI Consultant / Business Analyst, you'll support the person responsible for the company's ERP system in setting up structured reporting, and act as a sparring partner who brings both technical and business perspective to the table. You'll work in a lean environment where your input can shape how the company measures and improves its performance.


Your Responsibilities
  • Support the internal ERP lead in building out reporting structures and processes from scratch
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards covering topics such as sales pipeline performance and productivity
  • Analyze support ticket data (Jira) to evaluate response times, broken down across three organizational levels (C-level, team/project leads, employees)
  • Advise on best practices for reporting and data governance
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner, translating data into concrete business recommendations, not just technical output
  • Support the design of internal surveys or data collection tools where needed

Your Profile
  • Solid, hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
  • Strong business/economic understanding; able to think beyond pure technical delivery and help move the company forward
  • Experience setting up reporting processes or working with ERP data is a plus
  • Experience in survey design is a plus
  • Good German skills are preferred, as German is the company's working language, but not a dealbreaker
  • Comfortable working mostly remote, with on-site presence in Baar, ZG roughly every one to two weeks
  • Structured and self-driven, able to work independently, as internal resources for this topic are currently limited

Details
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: until end of October 2026 with the prospect of a permanent position

  • Location: Remote, with occasional on-site days in Wallisellen and/or Bern
