Job Description

What you’ll do

As a Certification Integrity Officer, you’ll support the Certification Integrity team in ensuring our certification processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the auditors’ approval process
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators
  • Supporting audit and compliance processes
  • Managing digital tools like the BRCGS Directory and MyBRCGS
  • Communicating with global certification bodies
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting
  • Helping with document translations and consultant invoicing
  • Supporting new certification body applications

 

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Detail oriented and organised
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • A great teammate who can also work independently
  • A recent graduate in food science, bioscience, or a related field (preferred)
  • Bonus: Additional language skills
