Admin/Clerical - Correspondence Processor

Work Schedule: Either
Sunday - Thursday 9am - 6pm PST or Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm PST
Must Have Requirements: Required Years of Experience: 1-2 years
Required Licensure / Education: High School Graduate / GED
What additional IT equipment is required outside of a laptop/headset/mouse/keyboard (i.e., dual monitor & docking station or single monitor & connecting cables – note these will be billed back to Molina at cost): Will require 1 additional monitor in addition to laptop, Keyboard and mouse.
Is there potential for this to extend past 6 months and/or convert to an FTE?: No

*Expectations should be that there is no unscheduled time off in the first 90 days. Candidates need to be tech savvy and able to troubleshoot IT issues quickly and work independently. This group requires effective communication with leadership at all times.*

The Correspondence Processor (CP) is Non-clinical staff with a high school education and some experience in the medical field, preferably in managed care positions.
The CP:
• Processes and monitors all members and provider correspondence through the Molina Healthcare letter database
• Adheres to UM policies and procedures

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Correspondence – Letter generation
• Selects correct template
• Minor grammar checks
