  • Provide excellent client care with transparent fees and direct client contact, aligning with the firm's client-centric approach

We have found using some of the more established agencies to be difficult for the following reasons:- - Expensive - Inflexible Terms We pride ourselves on our low fees, flexible payment terms, and our high-quality candidates. Our placements are capped at 15%+VAT of annual salary (industry standard typically up to 25%). 50% of payment due the day the candidate walks through the door, the remaining 50% after 3 months. We are confident that our candidates are the best! We only submit vetted candidates- saving you time, money, and hassle. Requirements

  • Must be at least 5 years PQE with strong commercial awareness and own client base. 
  • Must be experienced in one of our clients core areas of specialism: Commercial/residential Property, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Family, Private Client, and Retail. 
  • Must have own client base.
