We have found using some of the more established agencies to be difficult for the following reasons:- - Expensive - Inflexible Terms We pride ourselves on our low fees, flexible payment terms, and our high-quality candidates. Our placements are capped at 15%+VAT of annual salary (industry standard typically up to 25%). 50% of payment due the day the candidate walks through the door, the remaining 50% after 3 months. We are confident that our candidates are the best! We only submit vetted candidates- saving you time, money, and hassle. Job description

Our client are seeking a driven and skilled Family Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their esteemed Family Team. The successful candidate will be based in either their Hornchurch or Upminster office, working within a team renowned for its excellent reputation in Essex, and serving clients on both a national and international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of Family law.
  • Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge across key areas of family law practice.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, while confidently communicating at all levels.
  • Actively participate in marketing, networking, and business development initiatives to expand work from existing and new clients.
