With a commitment to excellence and a track record of success, our client provides comprehensive legal services to our clients. The hiring firm are seeking an Associate level Costs Draftsperson to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and drafting legal costs, ensuring accuracy, and providing valuable support in costs dispute resolution. The successful candidate will leverage their commercial costs experience and strong Excel skills to contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

Costs Drafting:

Prepare bills of costs and schedules of costs in a precise and efficient manner.

Costs Negotiation:

Provide support to senior team members during negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience as a Costs lawyer in an independent costs practices
Commercial costs experience highly desirable
