We are seeking a skilled Workday Supply Chain consultant to provide post-production support for healthcare clients. This role focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing Workday Supply Chain and Inventory solutions after go-live. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience supporting healthcare organizations in a live production environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day post-production support for Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including procurement, inventory, suppliers, and logistics workflows
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution in alignment with SLAs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues, recommend solutions, and implement system enhancements
  • Perform root cause analysis and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, reports, dashboards, and integrations related to SCM and inventory
  • Support inventory management processes, including cycle counts, par management, stock replenishment, and warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory and operational requirements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Clinical Operations) to support end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Assist with Workday releases, including testing, impact analysis, and deployment of new features
  • Maintain system documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Workday Supply Chain Management experience, including Inventory and Procurement
  • Hands-on experience providing post-go-live / production support
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and supplier management processes
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations (hospitals, health systems, or clinics)
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business processes, reports, and security
  • Experience with incident management tools and support ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Active Workday partner certification preferred

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $95,000-$173,000.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
