Job Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Oracle Health Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence by leveraging your expertise in the Oracle Cerner Revenue Cycle suite. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Revenue Cycle assessments, implementations, and optimizations for healthcare clients.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Health solutions: Patient Accounting, Registration, Scheduling, Charge Services, and Health Information Management (HIM).

  • Partner with client stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop actionable strategies across the front, middle, and back ends of the revenue cycle.

  • Leverage reporting tools and analytics to support informed decision-making and drive performance improvements.

  • Guide hospitals and health systems toward successful revenue cycle transformation with a strong focus on client relationship management.

  • Translate complex operational challenges into strategic solutions aligned with industry best practices.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team with a growth mindset, committed to delivering a positive impact.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Over 2 years of direct experience with Oracle Health Revenue Cycle, with expertise in one or more core solution areas.

  • Demonstrated success leading revenue cycle consulting engagements focused on assessments, implementations, and optimization.

  • Proven track record of driving financial and operational performance improvements in healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Skills and Competencies

  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle workflows, key performance indicators, productivity standards, and quality metrics.

  • Strong communication and client management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to improve outcomes.

  • Passion for learning and a desire to grow professionally within a high-performing, mission-driven team.

Additional Information

  • Travel: Up to 80% travel required.

  • Work Schedule: Flexible, remote-friendly with client site travel as needed.

  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $70,000 to $170,000.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
