Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of radiometric and molecular products to provide insight into applications and possible growth opportunities
  • Develop the product portfolios by working with global and regional marketing leaders and other reagent product managers to represent the needs of the customer in ongoing and new portfolio growth opportunities.
  • Perform competitive research analysis effectively mapping the competitive landscape and develop sustainable strategies
  • Provide product training and support for the global sales force, and other internal stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional, departmental, and/or company team members to accomplish short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Perform and manage the customer segmentation process including assessment of the customer profile within the responsible region by industry, size, application focus, and solution requirements
  • Work with the global sales teams on price mapping, price realization, and profitability strategies for the Life Science reagents
  • Analyze the product portfolio dynamics including the product life cycle process and build a strategy  to develop, promote, or rationalize products as needed
  • Manage continuous improvement and portfolio optimization projects
  • Analyze the product portfolio to meet the needs of prospective customers/partners according to strategic priorities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and ability to learn new software packages as needed
  • Effective decision-maker
  • Detail orientated
  • Ability to develop, lead and manage projects in a time-oriented manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with external partners and customers
  • Ability to analyze the financial performance of a complex global business
  • Skilled in communication, presentation development and delivery
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~20%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Radiometric reagent support experience
  • Product management or related experience
  • Life science reagents sales experience desired
  • Solid business acumen
  • Ability to influence and work across a global, cross-functional organization
  • Willingness to increase product management knowledge and skills
  • Willingness to incorporate AI into product management activities

  • CCNL Level : Level 1 - Commercio ( Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di lavoro per i dipendenti da aziende del Terziario della Distribuzione e dei Servizi)
  • Salary Range  : €75,000 - €100.000 Annual base salary
  • The salary range disclosed for this position is determined using objective and gender‑neutral criteria, such as required skills, competencies, professional experience, and relevant industry experience. Where applicable, the range is further aligned with the provisions and classification structures of the relevant collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
  • This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the fixed base salary. The variable compensation component will be determined in accordance with the Company's internal compensation policies and will be reviewed annually based on the achievement of specific individual and/or business performance objectives
