About Chase Software

Chase Software is an employee-owned software company delivering enterprise management, accounting, and business intelligence solutions to an international client base. The company operates in a fully remote environment across multiple regions and values accountability, delivery quality, innovation, and client service excellence.

Chase Software operates in the advertising industry and is 100% employee-owned, with an open culture that thrives on people who are eager to take on new challenges and run with projects.

Role Purpose

Chase Software is building an exceptionally talented team to deliver enterprise, media, and financial system solutions to an international client base, and is seeking a Media Consultant to join this team. The role is responsible for consulting on, implementing, and supporting media planning and buying products for clients, ensuring solutions are configured, tested, and delivered to a high standard.

The successful candidate will uphold the company’s values of personalised, high-quality service by finding practical solutions to problems experienced by users and team members alike. Core responsibilities include building integrations with media platforms using API technology, working closely with the product owner on design and development accuracy, demonstrating the product in showcase sessions, testing and reporting on bugs, conducting training and User Acceptance Testing, and managing deliverables against agreed deadlines, budgets, and the product roadmap.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should bring a good understanding of media planning and buying, together with technical curiosity and a natural aptitude for systems. They must demonstrate proven capability in the following areas:

  • A good understanding of how media planning and buying systems work, with exposure to both digital and traditional media.
  • Experience with digital media platforms and the ability to plan and report on media activity.
  • Familiarity with the advertising and/or media industry.
  • Technical capability and a natural aptitude for systems.
  • A logical thinker and problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to speak and write English clearly and accurately, and to talk about technology in simple terms; additional local language ability is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task effectively, and work independently to deliver on time.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to use systems such as Excel, Jira, Outlook, and PowerPoint without training.
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership in driving required results.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to co-operate with others and work as part of a team.
  • A strategic approach, with the confidence to voice innovative ideas to improve how the team operates.

An understanding of financial concepts and bookkeeping processes, or prior experience working on or supporting financial systems such as Pastel, Accpac, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Xero, or any of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP packages (including Business Central), will be advantageous.

SQL knowledge or familiarity with other databases, tertiary qualifications or online courses in accounting, information technology, or marketing, and previous experience working with Chase products will also be advantageous.

Personal Attributes

The successful candidate will be a quick learner who is eager to take on new challenges, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving media environment.

They will demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong customer-service orientation in all client and team interactions.

They will be self-disciplined and highly dependable in a remote working environment, and confident engaging with stakeholders across different markets and cultures.

Permanent, reliable high-speed internet connectivity is essential for this role.
