Job description

Role: APAC Brand Manager 

Location: Gurgaon, India  

Work Timings:  5:30am to 2:30pm  

 

About the role: 

This role is for an APAC Brand Manager to drive foundational asset workstreams across the product range and coordinate with global, regional and local stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, analytical problem-solver with strong communication skills , adept at managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders. 

 

What you will be doing: 

Driving Asset & Process Management:

  • Lead all foundational asset workstreams for the product portfolio, in collaboration with regional stakeholders for assets relating to 1P and 3P platforms. 
  • Manage the overall process and ways of working. This includes program management from the initial brief stage through to regional reviews and localization. 
  • Formalize and create systems to streamline ways of working, improve communication, and standardize reviews across global workstreams. 
  • Align on ownership, process, and deliverables with all relevant global stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate with the APAC e-commerce team on new product launches and expansions for website content and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 

APAC Regional Support & Coordination 

  • Provide crucial support for local reviews, sense checking all feedback and acting as a filter between global and local teams.  
  • Ensure brand consistency is maintained across the APAC region and that local nuances are captured in all assets. 
  • Coordinate marketing approvals for the region. 
  • Regularly sync with global stakeholders to communicate regional needs, flag issues, gain visibility into upcoming workstreams, and receive updates. 
  • Regularly sync with regional and local teams to consolidate requests, communicate updates, and flag issues. 
  • Drive the creation of a weekly Brand Team newsletter. 

Insight Sharing & Continuous Improvement 

  • Share feedback on behalf of APAC and flag P0 (high priority) issues on an ongoing basis. 
  • Collaborate with global and regional partners on post-launch post-mortem efforts. 
  • Highlight priority themes with clear examples and propose actionable improvements for the next product launch. 

 

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project and stakeholder management. 

Minimum / Preferred Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a marketing or communications function. 
  • Experience working in the tech industry is a bonus, but not a requirement. 
  • A technical background or product expertise is not mandatory, but is considered a bonus. 
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies 
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
