Job description

Make is the platform to manage all your automations and AI agents in one visual landscape – for teams driving business impact without relying on developers. Part of Celonis, a global leader in process intelligence recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100 for seven consecutive years, we're headquartered in Prague, Czechia, with hubs in Madrid, Munich, Raleigh, and Pristina, and teams across the UK, France, India, and the Netherlands, among other locations.

The Partner Manager drives growth and maturity of the 1:N motion in Make's Technology Partner Program: from pitching prospective partners and processing sign-ups, through onboarding and activation, to planning and executing go-to-market and co-marketing activities that contribute to MDF and pipeline targets. The role also involves identifying cross-sell opportunities and surfacing product/API signals to internal teams, while deepening partner engagement over time through newsletters, webinars, and enablement content.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner ecosystem growth: Pitch prospective partners on app building and joining the Technology Partner Program
  • Onboarding & activation: Process new partner sign-ups and guide partners from signed agreement to active collaboration
  • GTM & co-marketing execution: Plan and run go-to-market activities with partners, contributing to team targets for partner-sourced MDF and pipeline through co-marketing campaigns
  • Cross-sell & product signal sourcing: Contribute to team pipeline targets by identifying cross-sell opportunities with emerging partners, and surface API/product improvement signals to internal stakeholders, and collaborate across departments (apps development team, marketing, sales)
  • Ecosystem maturity: Deepen engagement and reactivate partners through newsletters, webinars, and enablement content, and maintain the partner portal as a resource for partners.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

  • 2-3+ years in a partner-facing or sales role, or 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role, with a focus on managing a high-volume portfolio of partners
  • Basic marketing experience, such as  running onboarding content, webinars, newsletters, and other engagement formats
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Claude Code, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing.

Skills:

  • Basics in understanding of API
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns and partners simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mindset:

  • Deep curiosity and awareness of the latest AI, automation and SaaS industry trends and how to apply them in practice
  • A problem-solving approach that prioritizes fast initial progress and continuous improvement over perfection
  • A high-energy, self-driven approach to finding creative ways to engage and enable decision-makers.
