As our Junior Compliance Coordinator, your mission is to support the continuous development of our compliance, information security, data protection, contract management, and ESG frameworks.

Your role and responsibility

In this position you will:

• Support the Information Security Officer (ISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
• Maintain and further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Create, update, and manage policies, standards, procedures, and documentation
• Prepare and document internal and external audits 
• Track and follow up on actions resulting from risk analyses, audits, assessments, and internal controls
• Handle customer and partner inquiries related to information security, compliance, and governance topics
• Further develop and maintain the Contract Management System 
• Collect, prepare, and document ESG-related data

Your experience and profile

What you'll bring:

• Degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification in Business Law, Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field 
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience 
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of business processes 
• Good understanding of policies, contracts, and governance processes 
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken 
• High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail and accuracy
