Our expertise lies in providing innovative order management solutions (OMS) and seamless FIX trading connectivity to institutional and private wealth clients as well as brokers, platforms and exchanges worldwide. We are looking for a skilled Business Consultant to join our dynamic team and help our clients optimize their trading operations.
As a Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on order management solutions, FIX trading protocols, and connectivity strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams, including product development and implementation, to ensure seamless integration of our solutions into client infrastructures. Your expertise in financial markets, trading workflows, and FIX protocol will be key in delivering value to our clients.

Your role and responsibility

In this position you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their trading workflows and business requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on order management solutions, execution strategies, and FIX connectivity.
• Work closely with product and development teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Manage end-to-end client engagements, from initial consultation to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for OMS adoption and FIX integration.
• Facilitate client onboarding, system configurations, and troubleshooting as required.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in trading technology.

Your experience and profile

Ideally, you bring:

• Strong analytical thinking and a high level of technical curiosity.
• The ability to quickly understand new topics, systems, and business processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Business-fluent English is required, German language skills are a plus
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
• Around 2–5 years of experience in consulting, financial services, fintech, software implementation, client-facing roles, or a similar environment.
• A structured, proactive, and customer-oriented way of working.
• Initial exposure to Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), or the FIX protocol is nice to have, not a prerequisite. We are happy to support candidates who are eager to learn these technologies.
• Knowledge of financial markets or trading workflows is a plus
