You act as the expert to enable teams using the right tools and a maximum of automation to manage their compliance data and evidence – from structured storage to traceability, recallability, and legally compliant retention.

What you will do

  • Establish and continuously improve our end-to-end compliance tooling landscape supporting global vehicle compliance and PCMS
  • Define and maintain a compliance strategy aligned with the product lifecycle and provide operational support and guidance to compliance tool users

    • Evidence and documentation management
    • Compliance tracking
    • Legal requests
    • External and internal audits
  • Support multi-market deployments, including country-specific approvals, deadlines, and applicability logic while ensuring compliant storage, traceability, and retention of regulatory evidence
  • Define and maintain interfaces between compliance tools and engineering, quality, and IT systems
  • Anticipate future compliance and regulatory needs and translate them into scalable tooling solutions

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Several years of experience in automotive regulatory compliance or product compliance in a highly regulated industry, ideally in the autonomous vehicle industry with motivation to expand
  • Strong expertise in compliance or regulatory tooling, e.g., Vanta, ideally in a complex, multi-market environment
  • Experience with vehicle type approval, autonomous driving, or software-defined vehicles
  • Familiarity with audits and authority interactions
  • Solid understanding of data and evidence management in regulated industries
  • Ability to translate regulatory and governance requirements into practical, scalable tooling solutions
  • Business fluent German and English skills

What we offer

  • A key expert role with high ownership and visibility in a growing autonomous mobility company in a highly motivated cross-disciplinary team with a deep topic expertise
  • The opportunity to shape compliance governance and tooling from the ground up
  • Work at the intersection of technology, regulation, and real‑world deployment
  • A collaborative, interdisciplinary environment with strong ownership culture

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds — even if you don’t meet every requirement. If you’re excited about the role and MOIA’s mission, we’d love to hear from you!
