Job description

Forwood Safety is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital & Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll create compelling visuals that communicate our mission of saving lives, support global marketing initiatives, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Position Overview
As our Digital and Graphic Designer, you’ll bring Forwood’s brand and marketing to life
across a wide range of creative projects.
Our ideal candidate is strong in three key areas: brand identity design, web design, and
graphic design. Experience with video and motion is also a big bonus, as we continue to
expand into new creative formats. This is a highly varied role with constant opportunities to
flex your creativity. Key projects will include leading a brand identity refresh, followed by a
full website redesign, and the rollout of updated marketing and sales materials.
On an ongoing basis, you’ll work closely with both the Demand Generation and Brand
Marketing teams to create high-impact assets across channels and formats. You’ll design
bold, effective creative that capture attention and build trust—shaping how our message is
expressed everywhere from ads and events to pitch decks, lead magnets, product
collateral, and social content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Forwood's refreshed visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all formats and channels.  
  • Design and build Forwood's new website, including page layouts, UX elements, and brand storytelling components.  
  • Create on-brand eBooks, whitepapers, and tools that serve as high-value lead magnets.  
  • Produce digital ads, social graphics, field collateral, and event materials that drive awareness and engagement.  
  • Translate strategic messaging into high-impact visuals for campaigns, webinars, launches, and reports.  
  • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to evolve and apply the visual identity across all assets.  
  • Support performance and growth marketing through conversion-optimised landing pages and paid media creatives.  
  • Maintain visual consistency and creative excellence across all materials and formats.  
  • Contribute to and maintain Forwood's design system, templates, and asset library.  
  • Work with speed, precision, and creativity in a fast-paced environment. 


Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in graphic and digital design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proven skills in brand identity, website design, and digital marketing design.
• Proficient in Webflow or Framer, Figma, Adobe, and other key design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and UI/UX best practices.
• Excellent communication skills—confident in speaking clearly, articulately, and
succinctly with team members across functions.
• Able to take creative direction and collaborate effectively with peers and executive
stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.

• Experience working in B2B SaaS, safety, or compliance-related industries. (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies including CRO and lead generation. (preferred)
• Skills in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere). (preferred)
• Proficiency with AI-based creative tools (e.g., for generating video, visual design, UI
concepts, or layout variations). (preferred)
• Comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment. (preferred)
