Drive Meaningful Impact at Forwood – Join Us as an Account Executive (South America)


Forwood is a global organisation comprising of a team of passionate, values driven professionals with a laser focus on fatality prevention. We have created a robust SaaS-based Critical Risk Management System that has been implemented in some of the largest high risk operations in the world and together with the people who work in those locations it has delivered profound results.  


Forwood is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive with the executive presence, commercial discipline and persistence required to win complex, high-value SaaS deals.

This is a new-business-focused role for an experienced sales professional who can engage C-suite decision-makers, navigate multiple stakeholders and lead enterprise opportunities from initial prospecting through to contract close.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will develop strategic relationships with major organisations, understand their operational and safety challenges, and demonstrate how Forwood’s solutions can deliver meaningful business value.


What you’ll be responsible for

  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline of major enterprise prospects within your assigned market or vertical.
  • Develop account strategies and weekly activity plans focused on securing new business from priority organisations.
  • Lead complex SaaS sales cycles averaging nine months or longer and involving multiple stakeholders across different departments.
  • Engage confidently with C-suite executives and senior operational, safety, technology and commercial leaders.
  • Identify customer needs through strong discovery and qualification, then develop tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Clearly communicate Forwood’s value proposition and connect our solutions to customers’ strategic and operational objectives.
  • Partner closely with BDRs to create opportunities and maintain a consistent prospecting cadence.
  • Use LinkedIn and other channels to identify, engage and develop relationships with prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and forecast information within the CRM.
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline progression, market developments and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to support sales initiatives, product launches and customer solutions.
  • Meet or exceed agreed revenue targets while following Forwood’s sales processes and operating standards.


What you’ll bring

  • At least seven years’ experience in Sales Executive or Account Executive roles, selling complex B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprise organisations.
  • A strong track record of new-logo acquisition and independently creating new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success managing annual quotas of US$1.2 million or more.
  • Experience closing SaaS deals with an average value above US$200,000.
  • Experience managing sales cycles of nine months or longer.
  • The ability to clearly discuss your quota and sales results from the past four to five years.
  • A structured and strategic sales approach, supported by effective qualification, account planning, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong C-suite communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience navigating procurement, commercial negotiations and complex decision-making processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and sales platforms to manage activity, reporting and pipeline performance.
  • An active, multi-channel approach to prospecting, including professional use of LinkedIn.
  • The initiative, energy and adaptability to succeed in a fast-moving, innovative environment where processes continue to evolve.
  • Professional fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
