XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO is searching for an Installer to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Installer, who will play a crucial role in ensuring that furniture is properly installed and arranged for optimal comfort and functionality. 

Job Duties:

  • Reading Blueprints and Instructions: Reviewing assembly instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to understand the sequence of assembly steps and the required components for each product.
  • Preparing Work Area: Setting up the work area with the necessary tools, equipment, and materials needed for assembly, ensuring everything is organized and readily accessible.
  • Assembling Components: Using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble furniture components according to specifications. 
  • Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy, checking for proper alignment, fit, and functionality. Identifying and correcting any defects or discrepancies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and supervisors to provide updates on installation progress and address any concerns.
  • Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. This includes using personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, following ergonomic practices, and reporting any safety hazards or concerns. 
  • Timeliness: Complete projects in a timely manner with the interest of cost and image to the company.

  • Education: High school diploma or GED. 
  • Training & Experience: On-the-job training

POSITION STATUS: Full-time, Non-exempt

PAY RANGE: $22 - $25 per hour

SHIFT: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
