We need an English-fluent Sales Development Representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and prospecting.

  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.

  • Prospect new business opportunities through warm and cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.

  • Communicate the company's value proposition to prospective customers.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the nonprofit and education sectors.

  • Identify, develop, and expand relationships with schools, school districts, educational organizations, and nonprofits.

  • Help secure school book fairs and develop new opportunities within the education market.

  • Coordinate logistics related to book fairs and school events.

  • Drive book sales within the K-12 and educational markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.

  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of outbound campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Prepare presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.

  • Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer success stories and references.

Requirements:

  • Full English proficiency is essential.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, communications, or marketing.

  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

  • Ability to develop new business and expand market presence within targeted industries.

  • Strong consultative sales skills and relationship-building abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

It's a plus:

  • Experience selling to the U.S. market.

  • Experience selling into or working with schools, educational institutions, nonprofits, or the book/publishing industry.

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skill set.

  • This role starts with a 3-month trial period, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term, full-time position based on performance. The position requires 40 hours per week.

  • This position is for a full-time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely, allocated at our client.
