With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy.

We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.

As a System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust architectural frameworks that align with our business goals. You will work closely with business owners and RTEs, ensuring traceability from strategy to capabilities and portfolio items, and providing data-led guidance so delivery aligns with business outcomes, ensuring that our technology solutions are scalable, efficient, and meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business owners and RTEs to help define scope, success metrics, milestones, risks, and transition-to-run; ensure traceability from strategy to capabilities and portfolio items (Jira/Jira Align).
Impact & risk analysis: maintain a live repository for dependencies, lifecycle, cost drivers, regulatory exposure, and blast radius; present options/trade-offs and surface early dependency/impact signals ahead of PI Planning.
Data-led, AI-aware guidance: promote telemetry, data governance, and pragmatic AI practices where it adds value; drive evidence-based decisions consistently across product lines.
Standards & enablement: curate reference capabilities, information, and integration principles; coach solution/software architects to align with direction and improve reuse.
Value & visibility: help define and routinely report outcome measures (e.g., lead time, reliability/SLOs, risk reduction, cost avoidance, adoption) and ensure clear executive visibility.

Qualifications:

Mastery in system architecture with a focus on capability mapping, target-state design, incremental road-mapping, and operating-model design.
Hands-on experience with architectural tools; link strategy/capabilities to SAFe/Lean Portfolio (themes/OKRs → epics → features) and support PI Planning with architectural context.
Information & data governance + risk/compliance/lifecycle: information architecture, lineage, ownership/stewardship, privacy; assess technology lifecycle/obsolescence, vendor risk, regulatory and multi-region constraints.
Platform/technology assessment + AI/analytics orientation: evaluate cloud/platform and integration/eventing/observability options; govern telemetry-driven decisions and help with AI adoption.
Change, communication & credibility: clear executive communication and decision framing; turn ambiguity into actionable roadmaps; nice to have certifications: cloud architecture.
Minimum English proficiency level of B2 (Upper Intermediate) to effectively communicate with global teams.
