Project / Delivery Manager

We are looking for a strong, results-driven Project / Delivery Manager with a proven track record and documented case studies of successful initiatives. This role is for a specialist who brings real-world examples of how their decisions strengthened engineering teams, transformed development processes, and accelerated Time-to-Market (TTM).

You won’t just be maintaining the current workflow—you will serve as a true driver of change. You will analyze delivery bottlenecks, introduce your own initiatives, and manage end-to-end delivery processes. We value your past experience, quantified outcomes, and your ability to bring tangible business value.

Requirements & Competencies:

Hard Skills
- Proven Track Record & Case Studies: Ability to demonstrate clear examples from past experience structured as: Problem/Status Quo ➔ Solution/Implementation ➔ Quantified Business/Team Impact.
- Change Management: Hands-on experience introducing new processes and frameworks within development teams with minimal resistance.
- Methodologies & Frameworks: In-depth knowledge and practical application of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SDLC.
- PM Tooling: Expert-level mastery of Jira (custom workflows, roles, JQL, automation rules, Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence.
- Delivery Metrics: Ability to collect, analyze, and act upon metrics such as Velocity, Throughput, Lead/Cycle Time, CFD, and Burn-down/Burn-up charts.
- Scope & Risk Management: Extensive experience with complex project decomposition, scope management, team capacity planning, and risk matrix management.

Soft Skills
- Change Driver & Ownership: A self-starter mindset to independently identify issues and propose solutions without waiting for top-down directions.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to pitch and defend initiatives to business stakeholders, manage expectations, and negotiate compromises.
- Process Leadership & Advocacy: Ability to articulate the "why" behind changes, inspiring and aligning the team while maintaining a healthy, non-toxic environment.
- Problem-Solving & Resilience: Solution-oriented mindset under uncertainty, staying calm and structured in high-pressure scenarios.

Nice-to-Have
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM I/II, or KMP (Kanban Management Professional).
- Scaling & Setup: Experience scaling teams (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) or building Delivery processes from scratch.
- Industry Experience: Background in iGaming, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Process Automation & Analytics: Hands-on experience automating PM workflows and a foundational understanding of product analytics/metrics.
