About the Role

As a Print Client Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor to large law firm customers, helping them navigate the transition from print resources to digital and AI-enabled legal research solutions. You will develop long-term account strategies, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes while protecting and evolving important customer portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic owner of assigned print portfolios within Large Law accounts.
  • Develop long-term account strategies that protect recurring revenue while positioning customers for successful adoption of online and AI-enabled legal research solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with law librarians, knowledge management leaders, procurement teams, legal operations professionals, and firm leadership.
  • Create and execute multi-year migration strategies that thoughtfully transition customers from print publications to digital research platforms.
  • Partner with customers to manage change, mitigate business risk, and ensure continuity throughout digital transformation initiatives.
  • Help customers understand how LexisNexis content can be leveraged within an AI-enabled legal research ecosystem.
  • Participate in joint account planning and coordinated customer engagement strategies with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through ongoing success.

Requirements

  • Strategic account management, customer success, consulting, or B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience developing account strategies and managing long-term customer portfolios.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $77,300 - $143,500. Total Target Cash Range: $119,000 - $221,000.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $81,400 - $151,100. Total Target Cash Range: $125,300 - $232,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
